What is Life Coaching?




Coaching is an ongoing process during which together you and your coach will focus on the action needed to achieve change in your life.

When was the last time you felt really listened to? Your coach will listen to you, motivate and encourage you, without judging you.

The approach used is based on the cognitive behavioural model, but includes aspects of many other disciplines (including Transactional Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and positive psychology) which allows us to tailor the content and style to the particular person or group involved. Above all our objective is to make sure that at the end of each coaching session you leave feeling encouraged and motivated, armed with some powerful skills to help you make the changes you want to make in your life.


  We'll help you identify what makes you tick, what excites you, and what

  might be holding you back from living the life you want. You will learn to

  clarify your desires, dreams and ambitions, and create clearly defined goals.

  Together we will work towards the achievement of those goals. This will

  require your commitment, but you will be surprised at how rapidly the results

  will speak for themselves!

  To fit in with the constraints of busy demanding lives, coaching is completely flexible.

  We can work with any combination of face-to-face, telephone, or

e-mail coaching.
