The aim of this course is to help participants recognise stress in themselves and in others, to understand the causes, signs and symptoms of stress, and learn a series of coping strategies for the future. By the end of the course participants will:

•Know what they need to do in order to manage their stress levels

•Have a variety of tools available for both short-term and long-term relief

•Devise a strategy for managing stress in all areas of your life
